YOOX Net-a-Porter (YNAP) is an Italian online luxury fashion retailer formed in 2015 from the merger of Yoox Group and Net-a-Porter Group, operating multi-brand stores NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, THE OUTNET, and YOOX; it was transferred to Mytheresa in April 2025.
