ZEOS

ZEOS (Zalando E-commerce Operating System) is Zalando's logistics-as-a-service platform, enabling fashion and lifestyle brands to fulfil multi-channel sales across 27 European markets from a single stock pool using Zalando's network of fulfilment centres, return hubs, and carrier partners. Launched in 2023 and already serving brands including Marks & Spencer and Pepe Jeans, ZEOS is the B2B infrastructure product through which Zalando sells its operational capabilities to third-party merchants.
